What is the Chiropractic Lifestyle?
The chiropractic lifestyle recognises the human potential to experience incredible health, extraordinary energy and an amazing life. To achieve this, we incorporate positive and beneficial lifestyle choices with your chiropractic care.
Chiropractic recognises what we call the 3Ts: Trauma, Toxins and Thoughts.
Physical trauma can result in chiropractic vertebral subluxation, cause pain and interfere with function and mobility— chiropractic care programs take this into consideration.
Toxins include the chemicals that are present in the food we eat, the air we breathe and the things we drink. These chemicals can be toxic, pro-inflammatory or undermine your biochemistry and physiology in many ways. As such, to maximise a person’s health, every chiropractic program incorporates eliminating toxins as a part of a healthy lifestyle.
Thoughts or autosuggestion (the stresses we experience because of the thoughts we have and the feelings that result from those) can undermine our health and wellbeing. As such, chiropractic addresses these phenomena by ensuring that your lifestyle addresses emotional and mental wellbeing and balance.
When we combine positive lifestyle choices with the chiropractic adjusting program, we have the opportunity to maximise a person’s health to improve their quality of life—we call this the chiropractic lifestyle.
